For pride, and for rewards.
This is very bad.

The Check List
A person can know he is living a good life by the following conditions and facts:
  1. The person accepts what God accepts and rejects whatever god rejects. He does things the way God does, without adding or subtracting.

  2. When the person is following the footstep of Christ, by emulating God, by keeping His laws, times and festivals.

  3. When the person desires to live a holy life.

  4. The Angels will testify that the person is living a holy life – that the person is a saint, through dreams, visions, trances and messages. (The conditions given by the churches for making a saint are not recognized in heaven.)

  5. When the person abhors the unclean and unholy things. Today, many people swim in all kinds of uncleanliness and unholiness and still feel that it does not matter, when they are busy destroying their spiritual life. The worst is that priests and ministers of God encourage people to do all these bad things and even lead the masses in doing so. A very simple example is carrying corpses into the churches and holy places, despites God’s several warnings that people should not bring corpse into His temple and holy places.

  6. When the person sees himself holy in spirit e.g. putting on white, blue or good in the dream or in spirit. Today, people all kinds of black dresses without knowing that they are putting themselves in bondage, without knowing that they are destroying the spiritual foundations of their life.

  7. When a person is using holy substances, to maintain personal and holiness.

  8. When a person is not talkative.

  9. When the person does not spend his time washing evil films of rape, murder, robbery, cultism, fraud, harshness, idolatry, immorality, etc. Today, so many individuals and families are washing all these things on the home video, without knowing that they are making themselves unrapturable.

  10. When the person does say bad, vulgar or harsh words. Examine our society, and see how people frequently commit sin and evil by saying bad things, by saying vulgar words and by being very harsh. They are everyday doing the very bad things Jesus said they should avoid. The worst is that they invite, patronize and pay actors, MCs and performers for using the name of God in vain.

Today,
Many churches, ministries and fellowship claim that the Old Testament is no longer necessary. Yet, they are always quick and happy to say or sing that “Abraham’s blessings mine.” They are only busy deceiving themselves and misleading the ignorant masses. Refer them to the book of Deuteronomy chapter 28:1-14 to see the blessings and Abraham and the conditions for the realization.
  1. 1 "Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the LORD your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. 2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the LORD your God:

  2. 3 "Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.

  3. 4 "Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.

  4. 5 "Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl.

  5. 6 "Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.

  6. 7 "The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways.

  7. 8 "The LORD will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you.

  8. 9 "The LORD will establish you as a holy people to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways. 10 Then all peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you. 11 And the LORD will grant you plenty of goods, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your ground, in the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers to give you. 12 The LORD will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand. You shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow. 13 And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only, and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them. 14 So you shall not turn aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right or the left, to go after other gods to serve them.
